-I retain the right to publish it on any website I want and/or use it in any advertising.
-I retain the right to use them as prints to sell if I see fit. (I will always ask the commissioners opinion though)
-Private commissions ARE available for an extra fee. I enjoy sharing my artwork with others so I prefer not to do this.
Your Rights to the Artwork:
You May:
-Make prints of artwork for personal use, NOT for profit. As in, you may GIVE prints to people, make prints for your own wall, or put it on a t-shirt for yourself.
-Post the artwork to any social networking site you may be a part of ONLY if proper credit has been given, HOWEVER, I may request it be taken down for any reason.
-ONLY THE COMMISSIONER HAS THE RIGHT TO REPOST, PRINT, ETC., THE ARTWORK FOR PERSONAL USE (NOT FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES OR FOR PROFIT)
-YOU MUST PAY TO OWN THE RIGHTS TO YOUR COMMISSION BEFORE YOU MAY USE IT FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.
YOU MAY NOT:
-Sell digital or physical copies/prints of the artwork for profit or for goods.
-Edit the work without my permission. This includes recoloring, tracing, adding details, writing on it, removing signatures, etc.. You may resize it.
-Claim or display artwork as your own creation.
- THE ARTWORK MAY NOT BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES OR FOR PROFIT BY ANY PARTY, UNLESS YOU HAVE PURCHASED THE RIGHTS TO THE WORK. This includes sale of the work in any format (t-shirts, digital downloads, prints, buttons, etc.), logos, pay-per-view sales, etc..
THIS IS NOT A COMMERCIAL CONTRACT
ANY AND ALL WORK PURCHASED UNDER THESE TERMS OF SERVICE IS NOT TO BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.

Payment Policy and Slot Holding:
-I do not start work until at least the deposit payment is made.
-You may request to hold a slot, however, if you have not paid me within a week of initial contact, your slot will be given to somebody else who's ready to pay. You may or may not be told. IF YOU DO NOT PAY ME ON TIME, YOU FORFEIT YOUR SLOT.
Payments:
-I only take payment in US dollars.
-I take paypal, credit/debit card, money orders. (You will be charged the fee for cards)
-Deposit's are 40% of the full commission price of anything $50+, and are non-refundable.
-Anything below $50 will require the full payment up front.
Correction Policy:
-I will make up to 2 free minor corrections to the piece before or after completion.*Does not apply to sales and YCH's* Any more will incur a fee. What's considered minor is up to my own discretion. Please give me up-to-date references and as detailed information as possible BEFORE I start to avoid accumulating any extra fees!!!
-Major corrections will immediately incur a fee. Corrections that are considered major are up to my own discretion.
-I try very hard not to miss details and to get everything correct the first time, but if I'm missing something that isn't even on the references you gave me, or seems to change on every reference I'm given, that's really not my fault.
-If you are not willing to pay the fee, then I am not willing to make the fix.

Fursuit Terms Of Service
Fursuit Commission ​Terms of Service
By doing business with Stone Studios, you hereby agree to the terms stated below.
1) Requirements:
-Client will need to present clear concept art and description for their character.
-This includes clear imagery of the character’s entire body and all of their features.
-Desired character expression must also be provided; this may be presented verbally or with imagery.
-Client must provide accurate measurements requested. I will not be responsible for poor-fitting work due to inaccurate measurements.
-Client must be 18 years or older. Some form of identification will be required.
2) Ordering:
-Client has acknowledged and accepted I am still a novice at crafting the particular project they are purchasing and it may vary in quality from advertised examples.
3) Payment:
-All prices quoted are in USD.
-Payments are to be made only through paypal.
-Clients will be required to pay a 40% non-refundable deposit. This payment is to secure your place within the queue and to purchase materials.
-Payment plans are to be discussed and agreed upon with individual clients through correspondence.
-Project construction will not begin until all payments have been made or full payment is made.
-Payments must be paid by discussed deadlines.
-Client may miss only two deadlines. If more than two deadlines are missed I may cancel the commission.
4) Queue / Construction Time & Process:
-I do not accept construction deadlines.
-Estimated construction time will be assigned to the client.
-Construction times are only estimates; certain projects may take longer to complete due to disruptions in personal life, health, etc. I am a one person company and do not have someone to replace me when I am not available to work.
-Client may ask for photos at any point during the construction period.
-I will not change the character if I have already began the commission. Design changes are welcome, but may incur an additional fee.
-If the client requests material changes or edits that require new materials to be purchased the client will be billed the amount needed to cover the cost.
5) Shipping:
-Shipping is not included in the original quote and will be calculated after the project is finished.
-Client is responsible for all shipping fees including : shipping cost, import fees, import taxes, duty fees, and/or custom fees.
-At con pick-up may be available, but must be discussed at least 6 months prior.
-I will not be responsible for the project once it is put into the post office’s hands. I cannot control packages getting lost, stolen, or damaged. All Packages have at least $50 insurance through USPS, you'll have to go through them.
6) Cancellations & Refunds:
-I and the client may cancel the project at any time.
-If either party cancels a discussed amount will be returned to the client.
-Discussed amount will be based on the project’s progress and how close or far it is from completion.
7) Warranty:
-Once the fursuit is received there will be a 3 month warranty for small repairs or mistakes made. Client must pay shipping both ways.
8) Expected Behavior:
-Calm, clear, and concise communication about changes, updates, etc is expected.
-Please ask questions when you have them!
-Abusive or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated, and may result in the client’s project being cancelled and refunded.

-My art is not to be reproduced, traced, re-uploaded, etc. without my permission
-Commissioners are allowed to re-upload work I have done for them as long as proper credit is given.
-Deposits are non-refundable.
-Once an invoice has been sent using the email address of the client, any will be added to our emailing list. You can always opt out after the fact though.
